The sandblast
roughens the surface of the glass, thus it becomes matte. The degree of roughness, the result on the surface, depends on the grain size, the type of the blasting material, the blasting pressure, the distance to the item, the duration of the blasting process, and the angle of impact. We obtain our matte surfaces by treating them with very fine blasting material in order to achieve a satin-like surface.

Depending on the duration, the blasting material and the wood type, the most diverse results are achieved with sand- or glass bead blasting. The result is always an even and natural looking surface.
The stronger and longer the blasting process, the easier it is to create a slightly or even strongly weathered impression, which provides softwood with a particularly smooth and beautiful look. Regarding hardwood, the surface remains rather even. Wood pores are worked out particularly clearly, which is very useful when it comes to modern surfaces.
The range of our offerings is significantly increased by providing effects that can be achieved by blasting parts of, or patterns on the items. This provides wood industry professionals with endless design opportunities for use in the manufacture of high-quality furniture.
Different stones
with different features for various purposes.
Beyond the classical writing board with deep-engraved letters, many other techniques have been developed. The possibilities now are almost endless, and it is up to the designer whether he wants to create something truly unique, taking advantage of what this unique material offers. Surface matted in multiple depths, engraved to any technical detail, whether as inscription on memorial tablets, or as a functional anti-slip strip on floor slabs - be creative.
Ceramic material
can be processed easily through sandblasting.
Cutouts, or holes, it is easy to obtain any shape. Matte surfaces to increase slip-resistance, engravings for subsequent inscriptions as well as embellishments are easy to produce.
The cleaning for historical purposes completes our range of offerings.
High-quality processing of various forms leaves room for the designer's creativity.

Hard material - soft edit
resulting from these very technical blasting operations, a big variety of fine treatments were developed, which now are an integral part of our portfolio.
Old automotive parts, cherished and cared for by classic car aficionados, get a gentle treatment. Old varnishes and rust get removed until the item is ready for a new varnish.
Classy stainless steel or aluminium parts are additionally treated with glass bead. The surface gets compacted, yet the material is protected and the surface obtains a satin finish.

Paint stripping and derusting via sandblasting
During the sandblasting process
fine blasting particles are shot through a nozzle onto the material. The kinetic energy bounces off soft, rubber-like materials without leaving any harm, while harder plastics can be roughened beautifully, and transparent materials become translucent. Even brittle and hard plastics can be treated similarly to ceramics or glass.
By using this innovative technique, especially in modern architecture, the variety of plastics achieved through sandblasting can be presented in a unique and distinctive way. Depending on the type of use, mainly acrylic glass (e.g. Plexiglas®) and polycarbonates are used. Not only surfaces, but also fittings and pipes used primarily for interior works, as well as matte materials e.g. for promotional purposes.
This means a unique result for your application.
