By using a compressed-air sandblaster gun, the sandblasting material is blasted onto the item, and depending on the material, small parts are removed. The item becomes clean or the surface material becomes compacted.

Different blasting materials produce different results. The sandblast roughens the surface of the glass, thus it becomes matte. The degree of roughness, the result on the surface, depends on the grain size, the type of the blasting material, the blasting pressure, the distance to the item, the duration of the blasting process, and the angle of impact.

We obtain our matte surfaces by treating them with very fine blasting material in order to achieve a satin-like surface.

From analog to digital

By covering the glass surface with special foils, the uncovered parts get matte, while the rest remains clear. When gradually removing the cover foils, multi-stage effects, respectively different opacity levels can be achieved.

The glass surface can be carved deeply with a special foil that resists the sandblast particularly well. Even holes (for outlets, wash basins and so on) can be achieved, which is very suitable for complicated holes, cutouts and recesses and in cases when a CNC machine or a water jet cutter cannot be used or are too costly.

Stencil foils are either produced manually, based on old handcrafting techniques, or by using a computer: here again, the foils, which are manufactured by a cutting plotter, have to be taken and transferred onto the glass by hand. In the case of patterns that are too small for foils and the plotter, foils produced by photo technique are applied, which allows letterings and griddings in the range of millimeters.

Surface finishing

The second part of our business, the master carpentry, celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2011. This part of our business specializes in varnishing and various surface finishes of the highest degree.

Blooming, surface refinement, surface protection through

  • Varnishing
  • Gold coating

  • etc.

You can achieve a variety of results depending on the blasting process and blasting material that you choose.

We can help you choose the best process and material according to your technical and creative needs.

Utilizing our expertise opens a world of possibilities to you, giving you freedom for creativity, with the confidence that you will get the results you want.

Blasting glass

A unique method to provide the surface with a completely new finish.

Blasting the material roughens the surface of the glass and makes it appear frosted.

This is an intentional effect in order to present glass objects differently, remove their clarity, or provide the surface with a different feel. Certain engravings can even give the glass a 3D effect.
When blasted for a longer period, even deep engravings and holes can be achieved.
The use of sandblasting for mirror coatings and lacquered glass completes the range of our offerings in the field of technical blasting.

Blasting wood

Wood - a natural material, which can be seen and presented in different ways: used to create a rustic atmosphere or, what gets more and more common, utilized to match today's demands of modern wood surfaces and materials.

Sandblasting was most commonly used for cleaning and removing varnish from wood.

It has become indispensable, being a much cleaner, prettier and more effective alternative to ordinary treatments with brushes in the wood processing industry.

However, in recent years it has been used more frequently for decorating as well as designing and refining surfaces, giving the material completely new value, but also offering more versatile possibilities for design.

Sandblasting stone

Decorative and technical processing of stone surfaces.

Creative and functional surface design on stone has become indispensable. Be it inscription, decoration or surface structuring - sandblasting refines this timeless material.

Sandblasting ceramics

A burnt and glazed material - both classy and fragile, which becomes smooth when treated with a sandblast, its surface gets velvety.

Be it for decorative or technical purposes, sandblasting is an easy way to process and shape brittle and hard materials. It allows you to come up with many new creative applications.

Sandblasting metal

The metal becomes clean, and gets a surface, roughness, silky luster, protection.

Sandblasting was initially used for: cleaning, derusting, descaling of metals, for an intermediate state, and for further processing or refining.

Sandblasting plastics

Plastics effective, artistic, technical, hard, tough - simply diverse, like their treatment.

There is a wide range of possibilities of how to treat plastics, and they are as diverse as the materials themselves. But, the harder the material the easier the treatment, and the softer it is, the more difficult to treat.

Varnishing glass

Bright colorful prospects

More than 55 years of experience in surface finishing for furniture enables us to offer color varnishes of the highest quality for glass.

We produce durable coatings of the highest quality for glass surfaces in all popular color systems as well as in almost all color shades. Furthermore, we provide multicolor varnishing on engraved glass surfaces for decorative and innovative use.

Color systems like RAL, Pantone, NCS, Sikkens, STO, Adler etc. can be applied considering the features of the color pigments. Our advantage lies in our price-performance ratio for small-scale production, and we are flexible and fast.

Precious material - artfully applied

During the coating process, be it for decorative or historical purposes. Metal like gold and silver are not only beautiful in their most perfect form, but also durable for a long time.

Gold leaf coatings for headstones or memory plates are exposed to weatherings outdoors, however, they are durable for many years due to the way they are applied - a factor that further highlights the value of this unique element.
We are offering you the whole variety of colors and brilliance of this extraordinary material, complemented by a wide range of other metals like silver, palladium and many more, in various forms and qualities.
